the Kelvin is a friendly, relaxed and gay owned Guesthouse located in the heart of Brighton.

Whether its business or pleasure, your hosts, Paul and Shaun aim to make your stay both a memorable and a pleasurable one. This small hotel has recently (2006) been totally refurbished to offer you comfortable rooms to relax in before stepping outside into the Cosmopolitan City known as Brighton.

There are ten bedrooms including:
Standard single room with private shower
Standard shower only double room
Standard en-suite double room
Superior en-suite triple room
Superior en-suite double/twin room
Luxury en-suite king size double room.

Come and join us for an 'Alfresco' breakfast on our patio between 08.00am and 08.45am. Where you can enjoy the elements such as Brighton's sea air. Alternatively, you can take a seat inside and enjoy a continental or a full english breakfast, cooked fresh in our kitchen. Please advise us upon arrival if you require any special diet

Local Attractions
the Kelvin is ideally situated for access to all that Brighton has to offer.
Sea front, Pier, Shops Royal Pavilion and the Famous Lanes are only a few minutes walk away.
 

B&B Location
From London M25, head south on the M23 for Brighton. Follow signs for the Brighton Pier and turn left onto Marine Drive. Madeira place is the 5th turning on the left, The Kelvin is halfway up on the left hand side.

Good rail links from London Victoria and The City Of London Bridge, express services take 50 minutes otherwise allow an hour. There are coastal links to and from Chichester to the west and Hastings to the east.
