The hotel is in a superb location we are just a short stroll to the beaches & promenades, theatres, restaurants, conference venues, international tennis, historical bandstand and Victorian Pier, stunning Beachy Head and the South Downs.

All 9 guest rooms are ensuite with colour TV, radio, wireless Internet access, with complementary refreshment tray, home-made cookies and English Toiletries. We also have a family room with rocking horse and toys.

The residents lounge is an elegant oasis where you can relax in our comfy sofas and soft lighting. There are newspapers and magazines to browse through, books to inspire a lifetime of thought, paintings to dream over, films to catch up on from our video library and an assortment of board games to tempt you.

Linger over our scrumptious English Breakfast at The Cherry Tree, We aim to use local and regional produce wherever possible and cater for your dietary needs.
