Springfield House is an elegant Georgian town-house which has been tastefully modernised, while retaining a host of period features. It is a Grade II listed building in an elevated position with far-reaching views over both countryside and the glorious Dorset coastline. Set within a recently acknowledged World Heritage Site and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is ideally situated not only for the beaches, shops and restaurants of Lyme Regis, but also as a base for exploring this fascinating and unspoilt region. All rooms have en suite or private bathroom, TV, Hairdryer, Tea & coffee making facilities, Central heating.

Springfield is within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre, where there can be found a large selection of Pubs and Restaurants to suite all tastes and budgets.

Come to Lyme Regis via the A35 from Dorchester or the A30 from Exeter airport.

The main street through the town is called Broad Street. Take the right fork at the top opposite the small town cinema, this is a narrow road called Silver Street. We can be found quite easily on the corner of Woodmead Road.
