Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The Smugglers Rest is a family run guest house and has a friendly and homely atmosphere. All are welcome at the Smugglers. Singles, couples, families, and group bookings. (Stag and Hen Nights)but also make the single traveller welcome.

We have seven bedrooms, all of which are full en-suite and finished to a high standard. On the first floor there are two twin/double bedded rooms, two family rooms with either two single beds and a adult buks or zipped double bed and a set of adult bunks ( we can zip the divans together to form a double bed )on the second floor we have the long room (sleeps 5-all divans), one triple (made up of three divans) and a single room. All rooms have a colour television and Tea and Coffee making facilities. You will have access to your room at all times with your own key. and the front door has key coded access.

Parking is available in our on site car park, we have enough space for a car per room.

 

Newquay Attractions

 
There is plenty to do locally:
Playing golf, sea fishing off the beach or rocks, or deep sea fishing, full or half day trips available from the harbour booking offices, coarse fishing for tench, bream or catfish or hunt the specimen carp at a few locations within 5 miles of Newquay.

If none of these take your fancy just laze on one of Newquay golden beaches, or take to the cliff tops and walk the coastal footpaths all of which have splendid scenery and views.

we are five minutes walk from the bus station ( as you get off the bus turn left and straight up the the road.

by train we are ten minutes walk away and out of the station turn lefy and we are behind the church.

from the airport just ask the driver for smugglers rest in seymour avenue ( near to the church in newquay)

by car then head in to Newquay and follow directions for the MANOR CAR PARK...with your back to the entrance we are 50 metres down on the left hand side.

Seymour Road is reached via Marcus Hill or Michell Ave.

Nearest Restaurant/Bistro: We are located within the centre of town  (5  Minutes Walk)

Nearest Public House/Bar: We are located within the centre of town  (5  Minutes Walk)
