All our bedrooms are finished to a high standard (most are en-suite) and we pride ourselves on making your stay with us both happy and memorable.

The Guest House has plenty of unrestricted parking in the immediate area, we also have a large drying room which also doubles up as a secure bike storage area. We welcome well behaved pets by prior arrangement.
As long term Keswick visitors we have a vast knowledge of the town and surrounding area, with plenty of books and suggested walks, we also have our own map printing facilty which we are happy to provide for our guests.
We have 7 letting rooms and can accommodate from a single to groups of 15.
We have 3 good reasons why we think our breakfasts are the best in town. The first being all our ingredients are locally sourced for quality and taste.
The other 2 reasons are June and Linda (mother and daughter).
So whatever your reasons are to visit Keswick, rest assured that a warm welcome awaits you. Hope to see you soon.

Keswick Attractions

Surely the aspect of Keswick that arrests the attention of most visitors is its surroundings. The town is set on the shores of Lake Derwentwater, overlooked by fells on all sides. The most relaxing way to appreciate the stunning views is to have a trip on the Keswick Launch, which takes you on a 50 minute tour of this beautiful lake. For the more adventurous, the valley of Borrowdale is just a stone's throw away, and is a heaven for climbers and walkers.

When the weather is bad and you're forced inside, Keswick comes into its own. Boasting a brand-new Theatre By The Lake, offering an eclectic mix of drama, music, dance and film, the world-famous pencil museum, Keswick's own museum and art gallery and the tranquil Trotters World of Animals. Keswick provides history and culture for the whole family. Pubs, restaurants, Saturday market, swimming pool & leisure centre, cinema and two nightclubs are also on offer.
