Pam and Irvin welcome you to Princess Court, a traditional, family run guest house with emphasis on informality, good service and excellent food.

All rooms were redecorated for 2006 and we are delighted to announce we have been awarded 4 Diamonds by the English Tourism Council.

All rooms have en-suite facilities with central heating and natural light.

Tea and coffee making facilities, colour television and clock radio in all bedrooms.

Reductions for Senior Citizens and children sharing parents' room.

Full Fire Certificate and we are a Member of Scarborough Hospitality Association.

We offer easy access and unrestricted parking - also off-road parking for motorbikes and cycles.

Vegetarian and special diets catered for.

Local Attractions
We are ideally situated on the famous and sedate South Cliff, close to the Spa, Esplanade, Italian Gardens, the University of Hull campus, and the Town Centre. The sandy beaches, South Cliff golf course and other family attractions are also nearby.

Neighbouring coastal resorts of Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, Filey and Bridlington are all within easy reach, as are the breathtaking North York Moors, the historic city of York, and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.
 

B&B Location
A64 pass B&Q on your right, go to roundabout turn right follow Queen Margaret Road to next roundabout take first left down to traffic lights turn left and first left again and that's Princess Royal Terrace.

A165 Filey Road pass the university on left and then you come to the first roundabout in Scarborough, go straight over and come to first traffic lights turn left and then first left again and that's Princess Royal Terrace.

Ticket for parking is supplied when you arrive.
