Description

Welcome to Poppy's Guest House where you will be sure of a warm and friendly welcome. Whether on business or pleasure Poppy's central location, near Plymouth's Hoe and the historic Barbican makes it the ideal place to stay.

We have family rooms for three people as well as twin and single rooms.

All rooms are En Suite and have Colour TV's, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits are supplied, Parking is available, Continental Breakfast for Ferry passengers (6.30 am) can be arranged, Access is with your entrance key, Full English Breakfast if you wish, Central Heating throughout, No % commission is charged on credit card or cheque settlements, Ironing Facilities available on request.

Local Attractions
With its Spectacular Hoe, historical Barbican, waterfront and vibrant City Centre, Plymouth is the ideal place to visit whether on business or pleasure. The local amenities all within walking distance of Poppy's include the Pavillions, with its swimming pool, tobogans, ice skating rink and theatre, the Plymouth Dome on the Hoe which gives an insight into the City's past, The National Marine Aquarium with its collection of sharks and the Barbican Leisure complex which has bowling alleys, night clubs and cinema complex.

In addition the stunning scenery of the Dartmoor National Park is only a short drive way.
 

Location
Follow the M5 down to the south west to where it finishes.

Continue on to te A38 towards Plymouth.

On reaching the town centre, follow the signs to the Hoe.

Alfred Street is quite close to the Hoe.

Nearest Public House/Bar: Town Centre  (5  Minutes Walk)

Nearest Railway Station: Plymouth  (10  Minutes Drive)
