We are in a quiet area, just 40 meters from the beach.
Walking distance to all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer.
All rooms are en-suite, with two large superior rooms,one with side sea views.
Everything you would expect from a 5 star

Eastbourne is ideal for business,short breaks,or longer stays, and at any time of the year. It is perfect for families, sporting visitors, theatregoers, golfers, walkers, and all ages. It also offers good dining choices with excellent local beers.


For the sporting and golfing visitors, there are tennis championships, fishing trips, and excellent local golf courses.
