Bed and Breakfast Description

Linchens is excellently located 10 minutes from London Gatwick Airport and within easy reach of London, in an idyllic woodland estate. Linchens is the ideal accommodation perfectly located for the start of your holiday or for the business person to rest. With Sky TV in main lounge. There are several good quality local restaurants and public houses within easy reach.

Rooms 1 and 2 have excellent views of the grounds to the rear of the property overlooking woodlands and the rear garden. Room 3 overlooks the grounds to the front of the property. Two of our rooms are family rooms and will sleep three or four.

For the Children we have a selection of Games available. Video games can be provided at the request of parents.

Local Attractions
Archway Theatre
Nicknamed the "little theatre", Archway Theatre presents 10 productions every year.

The Hawth
Owned by Crawley Borough Council, The Hawth is a lively arts venues playing host to an exciting mix of theatre, dance, music, comedy, concerts, film and exhibitions.

Crawley Museum Centre
A small museum housed in an annex of an attractive mansion.

Gatwick Aviation Museum
The Gatwick Aviation Museum features a unique collection of British Aircraft.

Lingfield Park Racecourse
Created in 1890, Lingfield Park Racecourse is home to the prestigious Derby Trial.
 

B&B Location
junction 7 for Gatwick follow the M 23 until Junction 10 (junction following the Gatwick exit) for East Grinstead and Crawley. Take this exit, at the roundabout turn left for East Grinstead A264, follow the A264 over two roundabouts still heading for East Grinstead. The second roundabout is known as the Duke's Head roundabout as the Dukes Head Beefeater restaurant is located there. One mile passed the roundabout, following the road for East Grinstead, you will see a "SHELL" petrol station on the right hand side. Just passed the petrol station (100 metres) on the left hand side turning into "New Domewood" estate. Take this left turn, follow road around and take the first right turn into Herons Close. Travel along Herons Close and you will come to a sharp left hand bend, as you exit the corner you will see the "Linchens" sign on your right hand side. Follow the driveway and park at the front entrance where Sally and Tony will be pleased to meet you.

Nearest Public House/Bar: Copthorne  (2  Minutes Drive)
