Hollows Farm Bed and Breakfast and Campsite are set in a quietly secluded part of the Borrowdale Valley, near Keswick, the Lake District. Hollows Farm itself is a 300-acre working hill farm, owned by the National Trust and run by Gavin and Laura Fearon. It is surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery, nestled at the foot of Maiden Moor and is hidden away behind the picturesque Grange village. Grange itself being one of several small hamlets in the beautiful Borrowdale valley, which is in the heart of the northern lakes.
The accommodation, all tastefully furnished, has three double rooms all with central heating and scenic views. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the third has separate private facilities.

There is a guest's lounge with a tea and coffee tray T.V, books to browse through and a log fire for those cooler evenings. Start the day with a hearty Aga cooked breakfast including local delicacies Cumberland sausage, something lighter or vegetarian also available. Packed lunches and flasks filled available on request. An early evening meal is available in Grange village 1/2 mile, a nice walk away or there are several pubs and hotels for bar meals a short drive away. |
