The Fine Dining menu takes advantage of the wealth of local produce available in the West Country. Ingredients are Local first, organic and Fairtrade where possible, and all dishes are cooked from scratch with no GM or artificial ingredients. The menu changes almost daily dependant on the produce available at the time – and specialises in fish and local meats, with a vegetarian option always available.
