The Fine Dining menu takes advantage of the wealth of local produce available in the West Country. Ingredients are Local first, organic and Fairtrade where possible, and all dishes are cooked from scratch with no GM or artificial ingredients. The menu changes almost daily dependant on the produce available at the time – and specialises in fish and local meats, with a vegetarian option always available. Examples of dishes include home made Beef Wellington; Salmon Steak steam baked with chilli, lime and white wine; Lyme Bay Hake cooked with local Scallops and a Basil, Dill and fish veloute; Roasted Vegetable Tarte (V), Field mushroom & spinach Lasagne (V)
