Bed and Breakfast Description

ClayhillHouse is an established Bed and Breakfast, situated in the heart of the New Forest, half a mile from the village of Lyndhurst, towards Brockenhurst on the A337.

A Georgian house built in 1830, which has been tastefully decorated. All rooms are en-suite with colour TV, tea making facilities, hairdryers and little extras.

Upon arrival you will receive a warm and friendly welcome from your hosts Margaret or Chris Cutting, who will make you a refreshing pot of tea or coffee.

No restrictions to access your room during the day.

Ample off road parking Garage space available for motorcycles and bicycles.

Open all year round with special rates for 3 days or more from November to March.

Double or twin bedded rooms available.

Our largest bedroom can comfortably accommodate a family and has a view of the forest where deer can sometimes be seen.

Local Attractions
ClayhillHouse is ideally situated for walking and cycling in the New Forest.

An excellent assortment of eating establishments can be found in Lyndhurst Village. Or try our local pub which is a two minute walk away.

Nearby are New Park, home of the New Forest Show, Bournemouth Dog Show and Polo tournaments.

Riding stables, Cycle Hire, Fishing, Golf.

Take exit one from the M27 signpost 'New Forest'.
Follow directions marked A337 Lyndhurst.
Follow road for 4 miles (approx).
When you reach Lyndhurst traffic lights, turn left.
Go down the highstreet, and turn first right
Following signs marked A337 Brockenhurst and Lymington.
Clayhill house is about half a mile on the left side just pass the pub called 'The Crown Stirrup'

From M27 J2 follow the Lorry sign for Lyndhurst

At Lyndhurst take the A337 for Brockenhurst & Lymington

After the one way system Clayhill House is on the left hand side just past the pub called The Crown Stirrup.
