We are a family run, 3 diamond, guest house centrally located on Eastbourne sea front, one of the premier seaside resorts in East Sussex, England. The Atlanta is within easy walking distance of the pier, town centre, theatres and the train station.
We offer a wide breakfast choice in our ground floor dining room, which overlooks the sea and captures the morning sunshine. We are fully licensed and you can enjoy a drink at realistic prices on our front terrace or in our quiet resident's bar.
All our rooms are en-suite and some have their own seating area. All rooms are non-smoking. Guests can smoke in the bar area, outside of meal times. Early breakfasts are available by prior arrangement and packed lunches can also be provided.
All our rooms are en-suite or enclosed private bathroom. Rooms with baths or showers are available. They are well furnished and all rooms have new carpets, beds and mattresses. They all have colour T.Vs and a hospitality tray. The rooms are cleaned daily.
We have nine rooms: There is a first floor very large sea view luxury room with additional facilities including a king size bed, fridge and VCR. There are 2 spacious sea view rooms, 4 double rooms and 2 twin rooms.
We have owned the Atlanta for 3 years and have made many improvements to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us in an informal and comfortable environment.
